Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (21+ Only)

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2) Social-Casino / Entertainment Only

The Service provides social-casino style gameplay for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling is offered. You cannot win money or prizes of real-world value through gameplay on the Service.

3) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
• We may require age verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that cannot be verified.

4) Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

• The Service may include virtual currency and/or virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items").
• Virtual Items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable except as expressly permitted in the Service.
• Any purchase (if available) is for a limited, revocable license to use Virtual Items within the Service; all sales are final to the extent permitted by law.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items (including balances) for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

5) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, automation, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or unlawful, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
• Attempting to access accounts not your own, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service’s security or performance.
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or Virtual Items outside permitted features (if any).

6) Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to BrightSpinCorner LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTSPINCORNER LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree that any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and applicable U.S. federal law.

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a risk, or for security or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and access to Virtual Items may be forfeited as permitted by law.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
